How to: Select a Primary Care Physician
If you are enrolled in a medical or dental Health Maintenance Organization (HMO), you are required to designate a Primary Care Physician (PCP) for yourself and any family members covered under your plan. Each plan has its own list of physicians to choose from. Contact your medical or dental HMO customer service department for assistance in designating your PCP.
