ALTERNATE WORK LOCATION

&

FLEXIBLE WORK SCHEDULE

Alternate Work Location is a form of telecommuting - working at a location other than your primary place of work.  Flexible Work Schedule is a PERMANENT change from the usual 8-5, M-F work schedules normally worked by state employees.  The material contained in this training session will provide a better understanding of these two concepts for both the supervisor and the employee.  You will also learn about the basic procedures for implementing either of these work arrangements.
